Who you are contracting with

This site is operated by NUTRIVALE ENTERPRISE, registration number 202503333672 (EB-A2025120802084), of No. 1471, Persiaran Utama 4/14, Kulim Utama Fasa 2, 09000 Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia. We trade as Nutrivale, and “we” and “us” below mean that business. An order placed here is a contract with it.

Ordering

You can order in two ways: through the checkout on this site, or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Both reach the same people and both are equally valid — use whichever you prefer.

Ordering on this site does not require an account. You add Mindora to your cart, give us a delivery address, check the summary we show you, and pay. Your cart is a convenience held in your own browser: it does not reserve stock, and nothing is charged until you complete payment.

An order is accepted when payment has cleared and we have sent you a confirmation. Until then we may decline it, for example if the item is out of stock or the delivery address is outside the areas we serve. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit and include the delivery rate for the zone stated beside them: RM125.90 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM145.90 for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Your zone is worked out from the state in your delivery address, and the total is shown to you in full before you are asked to pay anything.

Payment is handled by CHIP (chip-in.asia), which supports FPX online banking, cards and e-wallets. You enter your payment details with CHIP, not on this site.

An order counts as paid only once CHIP confirms it to us directly. If you come back from CHIP before that confirmation has reached us, the site will say your confirmation is pending — that is normal, particularly with FPX, and you should not pay a second time.

We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay for that order.

Delivery

We ship within Malaysia only, which is why the checkout asks you to choose a Malaysian state and will not accept an address outside them. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location; we will tell you the expected window when we confirm the order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

We will email you when your order is confirmed. You can check its status at any time with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Dispatch times and the courier’s service levels are to be confirmed by the client and stated here.

Returns and cancellations

Tell us within a reasonable period if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, and we will replace it or refund it.

Because this is a consumable food supplement, we cannot accept the return of a box that has been opened, unless the product is faulty. Nothing here affects rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.

The exact return window and process are to be confirmed by the client.

Using this site

The text, photography, artwork and product imagery on this site belong to Nutrivale or are used under licence, except the ingredient photographs credited in the footer, which are used under Creative Commons licences on the terms stated there. Do not reproduce the rest without permission.

Liability

We stand behind the product we sell and do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
